Is a marriage license provided by Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel?
No, The State Of Alabama Requires That You Purchase Your Marriage License In Person In Any Probate Judge’s Office In Any County In Alabama. We Will File The License For You After The Ceremony With The Office From Which You Purchased Your License.
Do both the bride and groom have to be present to purchase the wedding license?

Can I have my own minister perform the ceremony?
Yes, we are happy to work with your minister.
Is it possible to have our wedding at the beach?
Yes, we will be glad to arrange your wedding at your location at the beach or we can recommend a beach location for you.
May we add on time to our wedding and/or reception?
Yes, we will work to accommodate your needs.
How many can be accommodated at Gulf Shores Wedding Chapel and reception hall?
Up to 100 in the Chapel and up to 200 for outdoor or Beach wedding. We can accommodate up to 200 for the reception.
Can we serve alcohol at our reception?

Can we have a horse and carriage?
Yes, we have a vendor partner through whom we provide a white, horse-drawn carriage for the bride to enter before the ceremony on and/or for the bride and groom to depart on after the reception.
Would a tent be available?
Yes, we have tents available through rental companies for use on our grounds.

What happens if it rains on the day of my outdoor or beach wedding?
If your reception is booked with us, we automatically reserve the Chapel as your rain plan. If you do not have a reception with us, we will always work with you to plan another time for your wedding if our Chapel is not available.
